In a green setting, our Bistronomic restaurant "Bain de forêt" welcomes you 7 days a week. The restaurant is open in the evening from 7pm to 9pm.
Chef Edouard LIENHART has concocted an inventive menu that skilfully blends fresh seasonal produce from the local area. Accurate seasoning and precision are the watchwords of this tasty cuisine.
Reservations essential, places are limited.
A snack menu is also available from 12.00 to 22.00.

The Bain de Forêt restaurant is also open to non-residents, with its stunning south-facing terrace available for al fresco dining on fine days. For your large work meetings or family meals, our restaurant can accommodate up to 110 guests.
The menu changes regularly, according to the season, except for a few undisputed favourites.
The restaurant is closed at lunchtime.
